The mission of Right at Home of St. Charles is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We are a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. We provide highly skilled and committed caregivers to your home to assist you with your daily needs.
Peggy Langdon and Kirsten Pahde, owners and operators of Right at Home of St. Charles, are long term residents of the St. Charles community and bring dedication and a variety of experience from their successful business and sales backgrounds.
Peggy Langdon was formerly the Director of Operations of Right at Home of St. Louis for three years. She quickly became enamored with the environment at Right at Home and the fulfillment it offered. Over the past several years, Peggy's husband has experienced some health issues leading to her search for a way to secure her family's financial future. Following her heart, Peggy asked her long time friend Kirsten, to become her business partner in Right at Home of St. Charles.
Kirsten Pahde served twenty years in her family's company, serving national business clients, but always desired to build a business that served the local community. Kirsten’s personal experiences with the search for suitable care for her grandmother and her involvement in providing daily living assistance to her grandfather, coupled with the opportunity to empower local seniors and the disabled community to live in their homes, made the decision to open Right at Home of St. Charles easy.
Both Peggy and Kirsten have always had love and respect in their hearts for seniors and the disabled community. Their goal is to help individuals maintain their independence and dignity by helping with every day tasks through affordable, quality in home care and assistance.
Peggy, her husband, Dennis, and their 3 dogs, have resided in O'Fallon since 1983. They have 2 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren.
Kirsten and her husband, Bruce, live in Lake St. Louis. They have a teenage son and daughter and the office mascots, Lady and Oscar. Their older son owns a restaurant/lounge in Columbia, Missouri.

Just a note to let you and you staff know how grateful my family is that we found you. Mom couldn't stay by herself because she said she would run away.
