About Our Local Office

The St. Charles Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Peggy Langdon and Kirsten Giordano own and operate Right at Home of St. Charles.  Both are long term residents of the St. Charles community and bring dedication and a variety of experience from their successful business and sales backgrounds.

Peggy Langdon was introduced to Right at Home over 3 years ago when she was hired as the Director of Operations of the St. Louis Office. She quickly became enamored with the environment at Right at Home and the fulfillment it offered.  Peggy's husband has experienced some health issues over the last few years, and looking for a way to secure her family's financial future, she asked her long time friend Kirsten, to become her business partner in this endeavor.

Kirsten Giordano, after 20 years serving national business clients in her family’s company, was looking to build a business that encompassed her desire to serve the local community.  Kirsten’s personal experiences with the search for suitable care for her grandmother and with her involvement in providing daily living assistance to her grandfather, coupled with the opportunity to empower St. Charles’ seniors and the disabled community to live in their homes, made the decision to join the Right at Home family easy.

Both Peggy and Kirsten have always had love and respect in their hearts for seniors and the disabled community. Their goal is to help individuals maintain their independence and dignity by providing affordable, quality in home care to assist with a variety of everyday tasks. 

Peggy, her husband Dennis and their 3 dogs, have resided in O'Fallon since 1983. They have 2 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren. 

Kirsten, her fiance', Bruce, their 2 teenage children, and their guard dog live in Lake St. Louis.  Their oldest son lives and manages a restaurant in Columbia.
