My family and I would like to thank you and the Right at Home team for our wonderful care.  We appreciated the compassion, support and tenderness that you showed.  Your team was respectful of Dad, Mom and their home.  The support that you provided for our Mother during this difficult time was incredible-no question was unanswered, no task too big and there was always a kind shoulder to support all of us.  We know that Dad was made so much more comfortable during his last weeks because of your caregivers.  The care and compassion that you and your team provided to him was outstanding and will never be forgotten.  They treated our Father with the care, respect and love he deserved as an incredible human being.  We can't thank you enough for your support during this difficult time.

My mom is a different person since your caregivers have been there.  Smiling, eating, trying to talk more, sleeping at night.  Everything I hoped to have happen has occurred in 3 short weeks.  Now I guess I will have to raise the bar a bit for mom as your company is up for the challenge.
